DETECTED D3D11 DEVICE REMOVAL how to get support

Hello,

i just had a scary crash of 2 of 3 running VM reporting the error below.

For some seconds my both screens showed only "16 color" artefacts, you know, like an evil virus invaded my machine.

 

Error description:

Question:

I have created an error report (.zip) and attached, but i don't know how forward this to support.

When i am logged in, i can't selected my product.

 

Any help appreciated
