I have 2 clusters I am considering merging into 1 cluster.
Cluster 1: 10x256GB ram Nehalem boxes
Cluster 2: 6x512GB ram Westmere boxes(currently in EVC Nehalem to move between clusters)
HA is on each cluster with host tolerates setting. I know if I merge I will have to do a resource percentage due to the different host memory sizes.
I am just looking for some pros and cons of merging or leaving separate, since vmotion currently works across the clusters anyway.
